Thank you for using Simple SMS Forwarder. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.

Simple SMS Forwarder requires access to your incoming SMS messages in order to forward them to the server we host. This server will handle the forwarding to email address you configure.
Additionally we require access to contacts to be able to define rule which determines forwarding condition based on sender.
The app may also store email addresses in the log when user reports issue with the rule. Further detail can be found under section “Logging for Troubleshooting”.
How Your Data Is Used Link to heading
- SMS messages are read solely for the purpose of forwarding them to the email address you specify.
- Messages are not stored, logged, or transmitted to any server other than the email server you configure.
- No analytics, third party crash reporting, or tracking libraries are included in the app.
- SMS messages will be securely transmitted to the server via HTTPS (HTTP over ssl/tls).

Simple SMS Forwarder app may store following personal information in the app’s private data storage:
- contact detail if you chose to use the “Match by contacts” rule
- configured email address
The app will not store your SMS messages.
Logging for Troubleshooting Link to heading
To diagnose and resolve technical issues, the app and associated server may store the following information in logs:
- Destination email address configured in your rules
- Contact address for developer to communicate back when required
These logs are retained for troubleshooting and debugging purposes and are not used for any other purpose.
